1.2. When do we access the location?

In order to find orders for you and track where they are, we need your location while you are online. "Bigli Plus - will use location in the background to find and suggest orders for couriers, display order locations, and track order progress, duration, estimates, and travel distances. When you switch to offline status within the application, access to your location information is immediately restricted. We respect your privacy and only request location permissions when necessary for specific functionalities related to online interactions.

We value the security of your personal information and assure you that your location data is not collected or used when you are offline. Our commitment is to transparently communicate and uphold the privacy preferences of our users.
